Tickets are valid only on the dates indicated on the front. Tickets are valid only at Fright Factory Scream Park located at the NOS Events Center. No refunds, rainchecks, or replacements. Tickets may only be used during normal operating hours.

The ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of house rules will result in expulsion without refund. Clothing must be worn at all times. Smoking is not allowed while in line. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Fright Factory may refuse your admission if we see conduct that may lead to possible danger or injury to yourself or other guests.

Only tickets obtained from the Fright Factory Scream Park Box Office and ones purchased online from www.frightfactoryscreampark.com, will be honored. Tickets are not valid if reproduced in any manner. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Due to maintenance and other unseen circumstances, attractions or portions of attractions may not be open to the public. Parking, food, merchandise, games, and reentry require additional charge.
